Yea the HDD runs. And the sata ports are plugged in, the Mobo detects everything but the sata.

@Nerdy nerd I have both cables plugged into the HDD. @tater I tried it before posting Also when I go into board explorer in bios it shows the other parts but all the sata ports say empty. Could it be that i didn't plug in the hdd correctly?
