So if i buy the Evo i will not experience the Throttle or what? and the i7 4770k when it's overclock is it going to be over 4.8GHz when playing games?

Okay, so how much is the Noctua? and if the Evo is good enought why do you recommend the Noctua then? Im playing games like arma 3, battlefield 4 and other games that requries a lot of CPU. So im also afraid it will begin to lagg because it gets to warm, so the Noctua or the Evo?
