Finally guys, It was all about voltage and my bios version was pushing my cpu voltage up to 1.42 at 4.3 ghz!! Once I updated the bios the voltage become normal at 1.22 with 4.3 ghz of speed and my temp become around 72-78c I'm super happy with that temp, thanks guys!
