Whenever i open up the task manager, cpu usage goes up to around 85% and then comes back down to normal levels immediately. I did some searching and someone said this is a glitch in windows 8.1. should I be worried?

Hey everyone. just a quick question about this cpu cooler. i know the cooler is HUGE, and so i want to make sure i have enough room for ram. i plan on getting 2 G.skill sniper sticks (2x4gb). So will i have enough room? or will i have to get low profile RAM? (Motherboard is a msi Z87 G45)
