    Uninstall your MOBO: MSI A99X Gaming 7 REALTEK drivers and let Windows decide what to choose. I HAVE THE SAME SETUP as you (almost) AND I could not play CSGO. Now, I can play CSGO, and every single game out there - EXCEPT for ANYTHING BLIZZARD. So, no more HOTS or D3, but at least CSGO...

    Uninstall your RealTek sound drivers and let Windows decide... Fixed my CSGO issues, but now I cannot play anything from BLIZZARD :(
