I agree, but I buy my parts from TME in Poland, good quality new parts at reasonable prices. I had some bad experiences with eBay, so I don't use them anymore.

Its my understanding that an increase in the number of phases can put a stop to coil buzzing, which is why I'm asking the question before I purchase.

Does anyone know if ASUS have cured the coils buzzing on their GTX 960. Here in Spain they are advertising the 2Gb and the 4Gb as having 6 phases instead of the original 4+1. Has anyone brought one recently and is it quiet under load?

Use both your cables in PCIe 1 & 2 and connect both 6+2 (one on each cable) to your card.
