For the past few days, I was still getting random freezing. I think I have found the solution. Apparently, there was a firmware update for my SSD. After the update, I have yet to get any random freezing :D

I had a similar problem when I built my PC. When I turned it on, only the mouse LED would turn on. Until I realized that I forgot to plug in the cpu connector. Everything worked after that.

I agree. For many years, the E520 has never let me down. Well, the E520 will only be use to watch videos in 1080p and surfing the web. But it is a solid machine.

Update: So I purchased and installed a Asus HD 6450 GPU along with an Intel Q6700! The E520 runs GREAT! Thank you for all of your suggesions :D

Thank you everyone for providing solutions. The E520 is used 99% of the time surfing the web, like youtube by my parents. I just need a video card that allows them to watch videos in 720p or 1080p if capable.
