Hi, I installed another 16gb of ram in my pc (ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO motherboard) but my pc still feels "heavy". If im using Netflix I can even see my mouse stutter. Task manager says more than 30% memory usage when the total of memory in use is about 4gb. Is it normal?
