I have been looking at this very cheep SSD by Sandisk (Sandisk Enterprise X110 2.5" 128GB SATA III SSD) but on one website I found the term "end of life". Does this matter?

I have been looking at the very cheep Crucial mx100 128gb SSD for use just for my OS in my PC build.The write speed for this drive is 150 MB/s (Sequential Write), which I am wondering if that is a little slow? Is this drive still good enough for my OS despite the slow write speed? Any advice...
