it didn't do anything, its just a digital display on my mobo but i tried hitting it down and it did nothing something is keeping my cpu oced idk what it is tho

nvm i dont have another reset button other than the cmos on my motherboard rn tho it says 04 on the display if that means it oced, should i try hitting the down button on the mobo?

yea i think so but i only ever overclocked it through the bios i could hit the reset button on the mobo tho would that reset it?

I reset cmos my mobo actually had a button but it still says its at 4.36 maybe its the norm and i never noticed and its just my cooler fans that are faulty idk might just buy a new cooler fan setup thinking about the kraken from nzxt if you know anything about them but either way thank you izoli

and my cpu temps are reading highest being 29 degrees celcius so pretty high right, it has to be cause its still overclocked right?

I overclocked my 4790k through the bios upgrade % by 40% its a gigabyte soc overclocking mobo and now recently even after I went into the bios and did the reset to defaults and saved many times it is still showing it at 4.36 ghz in task manager and the fan on my water cooler is super loud like...
