I do use a network cable but after some testing it seems that internet might be the problem. When the lag spike thing happened I pressed tab and noticed 300 ping. Looks like the problem might be with my router. My ping spikes every 10 minutes

Yup happens on all games.

Every 10 minutes whilst playing Siege my game freezes at 10-minute intervals. It first lags a bit for around 5 seconds and then 10 seconds later it freezes for about 5 seconds also. It's been happening ever since I updated AMD drivers. I tried the olds one again, but it does not fix it...
