So basically about 3-4 weeks ago I started to notice that in all of my games my framerate would periodically drop by 50ish FPS every 5 seconds, remain that way for 5 seconds, and then return to normal for 5 seconds. This is most apparent in newer games which I run at almost dot on 60 FPS...
