I would say change the power supply for something like a EVGA Supernova G2 850W or even 750W EDIT: Oh, and change that SSD for a Samsung 850 Evo/Pro or a Intel 750 :D

Those are pretty high temps for a desktop, but from what I know laptops can handle higher temperatures. You are running one of the most graphically intensive games on ultra settings, so that could explain it. Try turning down the settings and maybe increasing the fan speed of your laptop if you can.
