Couple more things I tried. I pulled everything out of the case, including the CPU. I hooked up a known working PSU, then updated the BIOS on the motherboard successfully using Flashback. Then I installed the CPU again and tried to turn it on, knowing that I would get an error for no RAM...

Just finished reseating the CPU in the socket... same result. Just curious, wouldn't the CPU LED stay lit on the motherboard if it was a bad one?

I'll also mention that I RMA'd the first motherboard I received thinking it was the issue. Now that it's happened twice, I feel like it's likely not the board.

Double checked all the connections, everything is in solidly
