I am upgrading form w10 home to w10 pro, but whenever I enter the product key I get error code: 0xc004f050

So I built my PC and I installed all my mobo drivers except for the vga drivers, however I installed the latest Crimson drivers for my rx480. Everything seems to be working fine, so do I still need to install the VGA drivers?
