so, this is my 3rd RMA HDD. and the same issue. it doesnt appear on device manager,even if it does, it comes and goes every 5 seconds. and all of the hdds also had a clicking issue. i used every single sata port. changed the cable, still nothing. when i changed the cable. it didnt even show up...
