    Some easy things to do is to stop your windows defender or virus checker and close all programs. I use razer cortex and it shuts down most applications and clears memory for gaming.

    A shitty hard drive can slow things down as it stutters loading up scenes and such. Make sure to have nothing running in the background and to shut off your virus scanners like windows defender.

    TAKE OUT AND CLEAN THE CONTACTS OF RAM first then test, make sure they are seated, then i would suspect the PSU

    Lost operating system

    if you switched wires for your drives you might have to set them in the bios or tap f8 during boot to get to the boot menu and see if you have an os there. I also recommend that once you do get it going, make a partition on the drive and install a windows boot.

    go in to you bio and check to see if you have uefi or legacy set for boot drives, try tapping f8 while booting and see if you have a different option as well.

    I have the Hyper 212 with the I7 7700k overclocked to 5ghz at 1.32v at 100% load it reaches 85c but what i did is I added another fan sucking on the other side of the cooler and reversed my exhaust fan closest to the cpu cooler so the air would come in through the back and hit the cooler first...
