I would check the connection to your on/off momentary switch on the motherboard, make sure it is on the correct 2 pins. Start with CPU, RAM, Mobo and PSU connected first to eliminate other components if that still doesnt produce then remove RAM and try again

There should be a connector from the PSU that either splits in two from a single 8-pin to two 4-pins. sometimes the 4-pin splits from the main motherboard connector

to retrieve your product key all you need to do is right-click the bottem left corner of the screen, click on "system" then srcroll to the bottem of the page and your "Product ID" is your key.
