    I would suggest you to buy a new power supply with atleast 80+ Bronze efficiency psu from a reputable Brand. And yes the psu sticks out as worst, lol.

    Yes i tried re-seating the gfx card and i dont get any display at all even before windows loads. Also, no I didn't try any other outputs.

    I think while gaming 76 is fine,but it depends on how many hours you play games. Also tell me the amount of time you stress the cpu for and for gaming also. Plus whats your fan speed while doing both.

    No, i would boot into safe mode by using intergrated graphics. And i used ddu to uninstall drivers.

    There can be many reasons and no cpu should not show ideal temps of 70 Celsius. I think either fans are the issue or the contact between cpu and copper plate is not right. Also check cpu usage on ideal.
