Im sorry for taking so long. I think i found the fix (https://www.reddit.com/r/steelseries/comments/5sxlrf/steelseries_siberia_150_headset_disconnects_on/), since i did this i had no more problems. Thank you very much for trying to help me.

Its not loose, i tried to plug it to usb 2.0 and 3.0 and it didnt fix it. i installed the drivers from steelseries. Another weird thing is when i have my speakers connected it switches sound when i launch a game from the headset to speakers and back.

yes 1920x1080 (BenQ XL2411Z 24 inch), i did tried lower resolutions and i there isn't much of a difference.
