The motherboard will fit it fine , however , it is recommended that you have a 600w power supply to run the 780. Also , there is a minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 42 Amps. Yours has a +12 Volt current rating of 39. Sorry mate!

Yup! They will work fine! But the GPU is a PCI 3 card , whereas your motherboard has pci gen 2 slots. They are backwards compatible , so don't worry about it! It is like 1-2 fps difference , unless you are running multiple monitors , then you will most likely notice it.
