Hello. I recently built a new system and I am unable to get my case fans working. First the issue was that my fan controller was a 6 pin and my psu only had a 8 pin so i bought an adapter (6pin to 8pin) but its still not working and i am at a complete loss on what to do any ideas? P.S the fans...

Would you maybe recommend upgrading to a 700w or a 750w psu?

Pc specs (Asus prime h270 pro motherboard, Hyperx 16 Gb ddr4 dual channel ram, intel i7 7700k 4.2 GHz, Seasonic 620w PSU 80 plus bronze certified, Windows 10 64 bit) also I have a 1080p 144hz BenQ monitor. My goal is to just have a beefy gaming pc to enjoy my games with high fps. Thanks in advance.
