So 3 pin (DC)fan can be connected in 4 pin header in MOBO/ splitter as well? If 3 pin fan is connected then the last pin should left open in MOBO? Asus tuf b450 gaming pro-MOBO.... also have the same question in my thread.....but since unanswered.....

Thank u but i've ordered all parts except MOBO...and so I specified the specs. of MOBO which i prefer. And my budget for MOBO is Rs. 6000 to 7000, if it's higher then select a cheap in that Shall I connect 3-pin (dc fan) in 4-pin (PWM) header in motherboard? If yes, then shall I connect...
