Wow that was it... I guess the old SSD was messing with the other drives. Thank you guys so much I'm so grateful!!!

The boot priority list is empty. Neither drive is recognized as bootable.

In doubt, I set up a new bootable USB drive with UEFI and NTFS, formatted my NVMe and reinstalled Windows successfully and still can’t boot. I thought Rapid Storage was the solution but have it turned off now.
