Which were the first chipsets of motherboards that had 2 PCI-E slots and supported SLI? Could you list a few of the first ones from AMD and Intel?

I have a Club3D R9 290 Royal Ace and it's a massive card. There is a little bit of sag. I used the iPhone leveler and it was 4 degrees off. Is that bad? Also I tried tightening the screw and it didn't help. How would I make it sag less? Thanks

I have both a HDD and an SSD. I've had my computer for a few months but forgot to download the USB 3.0 driver. I downloaded all my drivers on my SSD. Does it matter where I save the driver? is there a certain folder or something? i've tried downloading the driver before but it still didn't work...

So I recently OC my Fx-8350 from 4.0Ghz to 4.2 Ghz. Under "View basic information about your computer" and under "system" it still says 4.0Ghz. Does this page update? Core Temp says it's running at 4.2Ghz but I'm unsure.

I have an Asrock 990fx FATAL1ty Killer motherboard and I've had it for a few months. I've never been able to get the 3.0 ports to work and I know it is a driver issue. I've tried multiple things like redownloading the driver on my ssd and hdd and selecting it to update it but it doesn't work...

yeah sounds like an average PSU. All the cables that are needed are there

yeah, all you need for a the 280x is 2 PCI Express connectors which it has.

the only difference is one has 1 fan and one has 2 fans. The one with 1 fan is made for small ITX cases, the one with 2 fans is made for regular cases. The one with 2 fans cools better.
