    SSD speed does not match

Well, others have feedback on the drive: https://translate.google.no/translate?hl=en&sl=tr&u=https://forum.donanimhaber.com/hi-level-ultra-series-120-gb-sata-3-incelemesi--100070058&prev=search Someone has ~250 read/write, while someone else has similar results to the OP, which is to say ~500...

    SSD speed does not match

If you don't experience any issues, you don't do a lot of activity that involves writing, and if it actually doesn't fail early because it's cheaply made, then I'm sure it's good enough.

    SSD speed does not match

I thought it was just a generic description as well, but then I googled it: http://www.hepsiburada.com/hi-level-ultra-120gb-550mb-530mb-s-2-5-sata3-ssd-hlv-ssd30ult-120g-aparat-pm-bd802274

Make sure it is 4K aligned. https://www.howtogeek.com/270358/how-to-speed-up-your-solid-state-drive-by-re-aligning-its-partitions/

Low Frame Rate, what do I upgrade?

I see you have updated the post with your CPU. Indeed, streaming with that will not work well at all. A new Ryzen 7 1700x (as an example) will have a total performance of x4 what you have, easily.

Graphics Card Died, looking for Recommendations

Depending on the games you play, a 1070, 1080 or 1080 Ti can all have relevance, depending on the prices you can get them at. 1080p doesn't require a lot, but 144hz does demand a bit. I have a 1070, and it can run most games on max settings 60 fps 1600p, which can be compared somewhat to 144...

Dual monitor + Different resolutions + Different Refresh Rate

This should pose no issues since the laptop is new. It even supports 4k 60hz.

Low Frame Rate, what do I upgrade?

For that last part, go the nVidia Control Panel >Adjust desktop size and position > Aspect Ratio. If that's not possible, updates to the latest nVidia drivers. If it still doesn't work, reduce the desktop resolution to match the resolution in the game. If you use another aspect than the native...

Dual monitor + Different resolutions + Different Refresh Rate

As long as the connections (and cables) support the required bandwidth, there is no problem to mix and match resolutions and refresh rates. If you use adapters anywhere, though, those can mess things up (such as not letting you select 144hz).

Program to display FPS on second monitor?

AIDA64 can do this through the use of the OSD-function. It actually uses Fraps to get the fps, though, so you got to have Fraps running (but you can hide the counter in Fraps itself). You can choose how often it updates. The solution is a bit overkill, but at least it's an option...

Asus Reveals New ROG Q-Dot Display With 4K HDR, 144Hz Refresh Rate, Nvidia G-Sync

I am still awaiting a 32" version, myself. I have had a 30" 16:10 for 6 years now. All these new monitor announcements, and they are all 27"...Except for the 21:9 versions of course, but they would still be less tall.

    CPU Mobo Memory Bottleneck

I just noticed you already have the Noctua NH-C14. Either that should work like it is, or Noctua should be happy to provide what you need to use it for that socket. And I have never used water cooling myself, because the cheap and closed ones are not more effective than a good air cooler.

    CPU Mobo Memory Bottleneck

CPU: 7700k, RAM: any 16GB low profile Crucial DDR4 RAM, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 or be quiet Dark Rock 3 (or just look here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181.html) As for the motherboard, use this...

    CPU Mobo Memory Bottleneck

If you get two 1080 Ti in SLI, then yes, you will be bottlenecked. How much you will be bottlenecked depends on the games. But the current CPU won't be able to reach 120hz in many games. For the price of a 1080 TI, you could upgrade the CPU, mobo and ram. That would make more sense than getting...

Is this pc good for overwatch?

The cheaper PC will easily have half the performance of the first. So no, not worth it.
