I probably can't run it from the desktop. Is there a way to run from bios?

I feel like a dog chasing its tail. Is there a way to load the drivers from the bios or add them to the windows installation media? New build, new install. Windows is on the drive and will occasionally boot into the home screen, within a few secs/mins it will either freeze or bsod. I know how to...
