Not sure if anyone is still having this problem but I was able to fix it for myself. I couldn't boot in any mode, safemode, normal, safemode with command and network. NOTHING! I tried every fix out there with no avail. Then I got frustrated, held F2 and went to bios. Change my SATA to IDE or...
