my 8GB microSD card is by mistake converted in raw partition and it not allow to format .... how can i make it normal again in FAT partition??

hey guys i'm getting alert message from Asus probe that my +12V value is at 15V and i also checked BIOS and it also give me same value plz help me on this question that i have, 1)what is +12V exactly ??? 2) how this +12v=15V is affect my system?? 3) how can fix this problem??
