So the moment of truth, only to me meet by the attached, previous backups before my last also produced the same result. So I’m now wondering if I could extract/restore one particular app from this backup., my Mozilla Thunderbird emails? Or is this the end of the line.

Thank you, however I have not heard back from Paragon. Up a creek with a paddle, or maybe even a boat. Still need help please if anyone is out there?

Hopefully somebody could help me with this enquiry, or know somebody who could please. My Windows 11 was corrupted, it had to be re-installed, I am now trying to install Paragon Backup software on to it. I need to contact somebody who has experience with this Paragon software.
