Actually I am having problem in my PC from 3 days......while i was working in the PC,,,,, the PC got hang so i restartd it but after that it showed the message " Error in loading OS".....so provide me the steps to solve this problem

actually i having a problem in my PC from 3 days...actually PC got hang so i restarted it but after restart it showed the message Error in loading Operating System.......... I am having Windows 7 as operating system........so help me with the steps to solve this problem.........
