Recently, when i turn my pc, the lights will turn on and fans spin for about 1 sec, then it will turn off again. Then after 2 secs, the system boots normally, no error sign what so ever. Is this normal? Before i was not experiencing this. When i turn the pc, lights on, fans turn and boots up...
