Thank you very much, I bought a powered USB Hub and it works immediately, the Megalodon headset is recognized again. Probably it is linked to powered USB by this is not very logical. Anyway thank you again, it is a good headset even the software drivers are not at the level of the hardware.

The updater failed on my computer with w7 32 bits and since this time, 2 lights at the right and left of the Maelstom buttons are flashing and the device is no more recognized. How could we go thru this problem as even the factory reset is not working.
