I already compare the mhz but it seems fine there's no difference.when i disable Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller driver the stutter is gone .but the weird thing is i dont use Ethernet cable,i use wireless wifi.i tried disable on board lan in bios ,still happening ,i tried uninstall family...
