I'm having a similar issue. My new EVGA 660 isn't displaying a signal either and it is receiving power. My motherboard doesn't have onboard graphics so I'm screwed till I fix this. I'm not sure how to fix this :/

I have tried connecting the monitor to the GFX card. I have tested it with the DVI-I, HDMI, and VEGA ports and none of them are putting a signal onto my monitor. The GFX card is receiving power because the fan spins yet not even the BIOS is appearing.

I tried two different monitors and all 3 types of inputs and none one of them work. I came the the conclusion that my GFX card wasn't creating an output. I have myPCI-E power plugged in and the clip for the little board that comes out of the GFX is clipped into the motherboard. Any advice is...
