    Hi, Yes it was an upgrade, and no I didn't run DDU. I can't find the SKU but the full model number is P2723DE.

    Both are brand new. HDMI > HDMI works fine. DP > to HDMI on the monitor works fine, so it seems to be a monitor issue with the DP port...
