If on Windows 11, make sure that is up to date as well. Microsoft released an update to improve AMD performance.

So for the CPU stats, you should be able to toggle the ones you need on or off and athem to the overlay. Then just watch for anything...

Yeah, overlays can cause stuttering. OP should try with and without.
