i think i have found out it is CL9 ram... and its double sided ram, does this matter?

i am building a budget gaming rig. i have found ram that is 3x less the price of any used gaming ram, but im not sure if its suitable.. the listing says "2Rx8 PC-3-12800U-11-12-B1" its samsung brand with a lenovo sticker on it. I can't read the model name, but i can read the end of it and it...
