Bunch of drivers just never stop rising so is it defective motherboard?

When i turn off usb 3 driver the latency monitoring driver is really high....

Just ran latency test it said that one of my drivers were behaving badly not sure which one though i tried to turn off sound and other basic stuff still the same...

The biggest problem with that cooler is that it sounds like a plane and the cooling is awful even without overclocking...

6300, BUT PLEASE GET A BETTER COOLER BECAUSE THE STOCK ONE SUCK ASS i just got 6300 the cooler is utter crap....

Hi! I got a new pc with amd fx 6300. The cpu stock cooler was so loud for no reason so i just went to the bios and set the target temperature to 50 and minimum fan speed to 50% though it didn't help to much, but it was quieter. When i play games the rpm gets crazy and temperature gets to 57 C...
