Ok, fair enough. If your fan is set to 100% and its only at a specific RPM than that is just the limit for your fan speed. The really isn't another way unless you override software controls to "OC" your fans.

With MSI Afterburner, make sure that the auto function is turned on for the fan so that it can adjust its RPM based off temperature. If you turn this off it will only stay at the % you have set.
