I have around 60c when Valorant is open and while benchmarking it was like 70c. I also have the intel driver and support assistant downloaded and it said everything was up to date. ill try out all of your steps and see if ther is any improvement

When I first built my pc the aio was not installed properly so it was running at 100c for a maximum of 10 minutes. Maybe that damaged the cpu affecting its performance. The cpu temperatures idle at around 50c. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/65405028
