occures on every PC, windows-version we have installed on.

could the problem be caused by defect inside the HP Colorjet M177. Works as IT Manager for 20 Yrs+, never had problems as this.

problem occures connected to USB or directly via network IP Address. When we remove all SW and drivers, the printer prints again but after a while doesn't again.

SW was installed many time, prints a testpage using HP SW but Winprint doesn't print a testpage. No error found using problemsolver
