no matter how good game servers are or your pc you can never get 100% rid of the lag, it will always be around in any game no matter how small or big the lag is.

you can never get rid of lag completely, we live in a inperfect world, nothing you can do or upgrade on any pc will ever get rid of the lag for anything 100%, there will always be lag in a game, no matter how good the game is made, maintenanced ,patched etc, no matter how good your pc is, always...

might want to try a different setting very high, high, medium mess with graphic settings., graphic card is good.

pc version was just released, gta 5 them selfs said their servers are having major issues, so it could be as simple as wait for a patch, but you gave very little info about your pc spec's, just going threw the thought process, make sure drivers are up to date, check system requirements of gta 5...
