It just keeps on climbing...88 Subprocesses as of now. ( Edit: My cpu is going to die I'm closing them )

Why in the world is it running so hot even though I don't have any processes currently using anything above 0.5% of my cpu? My poor cpu... Also I noticed this later. Why in gods green earth is my Google Chrome and / or Opera gx both doing this? My cpu is taking a toll.

Edit again: Driver installation worked, both monitors work and i can change my refresh rate, Sorry for wasting anyones time!!

( Could be because I'm using a cheap non really known brand called "ShowKing" even though it says it's an AMD card :/ ) EDIT: Currently installing amd drivers because it is technically an amd card. It does detect it as an amd card as well ).

So i've just got a new gpu because my old one was "artifacting". This new one won't let me change my refresh rate on my monitor, I have an acer 240hz monitor and it doesn't even give me the option to change the refresh rate. Please help if you can!! I've just got this gpu in the meantime...

That sounds quite dangerous, Would there be any risk of bricking/ruining my Pc?? I always Could just reinstall windows, it's not that big of a deal if i have to, Sure i have apps and stuff on here but i would rather do that then mess with my components.

How would I isolate the problem if i don't have access to any other components..?

Right, I understand that but I have no way of getting another GPU. I assume it's probably the gpu but i've only had this gpu for 2 ish years.

Is there any way to fix it without buying a new gpu? (It's not like life changingly terrible so I can deal with it unless it gets really bad.. )

So just recently I've noticed random specks about 5-10 pixels If I would have to guess appear on my screen for like less than a millisecond, It's really annoying.. Keep In mind the pixel color varies on what my screen looks like, A dark game scenery will make my monitors(s) flicker with white...
