It look like this guy has the same problem as you. He is using the same laptop and gpu. I didn't read the while thread, but it looks like this card is not supported for your laptop. Maybe there is a fix somewhere in the 27 pages :)

Maybe your power settings? Make sure your cpu is in best performance mode.

I would recommend to first upgrade your video card. If the performance increase is still not big enough, I would recommend upgrading your mobo & cpu.

I would try reinstalling Windows. Otherwise it's maybe a problem with your Graphic card itself.

On Amazon it says it has an A4 cpu. I wouldn't recommend you buying any gpu to pare with that cpu, because it will be huge bottleneck.

I wouldn't recommend you investing anymore in the FX series. Go instead with a Ryzen 5, but you also need another motherboard, and compatible DDR4 Ram.
