What happens if the frost stuff comes out? I think some have dripped.

So I use a can of dusters and blow through on some of the fans in my case and the CPU fan. I heard this is bad as it can damage the fans. Though now I am worried, how do I know if a fan is damaged or not?

So I applied artic silver 5 onto the processor and then pressed it down. While I was trying to screw in the hyper evo 212, it came off and the heatsink seperated from the processor. Is the Thermal paste not going to be as effective?
