Am I the only R9290 owner with 4k flickering issues on Samsung U28D590 monitor??

Hi I'm still having troubles running 4k. It seems to be improved by the RC3 driver, but its still not usable. Problem is the same as all the others - flickering and sometimes tearing both running windows and games. Specs: Core i7-4770k 6 gb ram Sapphire R9-290 Samsung U28D590 250gb 840 samsung...
