i had issues with ram clocked under 3000 MHz with my ryzen 7 2700x... im not sure if its just this cpu or all of the second gen ryzens but, if you have to pick between those 2, go with the single stick. if you can find 2x8 gigs of 3000 the definitely go with that though

it could be windows? assuming its a fresh new rig, its always recommended to reinstall the OS when changing the motherboard

could be the PSU? 330W is rather low for any kind of gaming pc. but then again with something this budget it could work. is this your first time building a pc and if so where you following any kind of guides online when doing so?

open task manager, performances, and see if anything is running at a high percentage and get back to us. running slow can be caused by 100's of things

i didnt like that motherboard that much, next to the ram slots is a set of "EZ debug leds", should be about 4 of them with tiny text under them that says what is not working. try to read them to figure out witch light is on, if they text is to tiny, there should be a diagram in the tiny book...

if i had to guess, its a ram issue. i didn't even know you could get them clocked in the triple digits. i had a slimier issue when i built my system, ryzen 7 2700x and it originally had around 2800 ddr4 ram. i was getting errors in every game i tried to play, about 5-10 im in, some just crashed...

you might be able to get between 80-120$ for it. computer parts really loose there value over time. i would say it really depends. how slimier is it to your current PC? it could really be in your benefit to hold onto them for troubleshooting down the line.

try and clear your CMOS and booting back up, or see if you can use the install usb to boot to safe mode, if either of these work we have some ground to work with
