    the 8350 won't bottleneck the gpu but i would recommend you to upgrade your ram to 16gb. and for the mobo, you mean the ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 right? not M5A99FZ!

    both are pretty good mobos but the asus one is a better OCer. so the asus one into the main pc would help you overclock more

    Which UD3P - the 970A Chipset one? Then its not possible cuz your processor will not support the x99 board.

    Ryzen 1600x anyday over the 6700k according to your needs. A better solution would be a ryzen 1600.

    give your mobo a bios update, sell off your g4400, get an 7th gen kaby lake cpu (preferably the g4560 or the modest i5 7600 or maybe even the i7 7700), get the most ram your mobo can support (otherwise another 4gig stick with the current 4gig will suffice for now) and boom! a capable beast...
