coincedentially since i started using the switch i cant turn on my xbox with the xbox app

yes theres a signal going through ive checked the cable with a ps4 that works the swtich is fine since it works with tv ps4 and xbox ->ps4 works router -> switch ->tv works -> xbox works...

if i take a lan cable that goes from my router and plug it into my pc it works fine but if i take the same cable and put it into a networking switch and take a second cable from the switch and plug it into my pc it doesent work here's the twist it´s not because the switch doesent work because...
